My husband and I were looking for a nice, small, well-kept apartment to call home and relax until my husband gets out of the military in January. We've lived here for only 4 months but I'm simply impressed. The grounds are taken care of so well, my dogs love all of the grass and we love how quiet and small it is. The staff and maintenance are on site and SUPER friendly and helpful. All around the best apartment we've ever lived and very military friendly.
I've lived at Bellamy for a year now, and I just signed my lease renewal with Mellisa last month. I relocated here from KY due to my PCS orders for Ft. Lewis around May of last year and I was able to find this apartment online. My apartment was totally new from top to bottom. I had new appliances and new cabinets and new carpet. I've referred a few of my friends here that were looking for a new place. The apartment is perfect for me.
Pretty and kind of secluded, Bellamy is a good place to live. I moved in last year because I wanted to get my kids into the Steilacoom school district, and it's been pretty good so far. Grounds are great, nice and green and the kids can play outside. The apartments are updated and more modern than a lot of the surrounding areas. Walking distance to the dog park and they take large dogs. I enjoy living here.
